My work as a Coach is based on helping you discover your true and greatest potential. Transforming by creating the life you really want and learning to love yourself in this process.

Together, we will change ways of thinking, replacing them with new ones that will make you feel empowered, more fulfilled, confident and happier to move forward in your life.

The Leadership Circle Profile is the only instrument that measures the two primary leadership domains – Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies – and integrates this information so that key opportunities for leadership development immediately rise to the surface.

COLLECTIVE LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENT

The Collective Leadership Assessment builds readiness for change at the group level and the Leadership Circle Profile provides in-depth feedback for individual leadership development. The profile measures both behavior and the leader’s inner operating system that runs that behavior.

CHEMISTRY SESSION

I’m a big believer that you should only work with people you like, trust and feel connected to. If you don’t, you will always be second guessing each other, and the transformations and insights will be superficial. The ‘chemistry’ conversation is crucial as it forms the foundation of the relationship. We will clarify how we will work together as coach and coachee. What commitments are expected from both sides and a taste of what it’s like to work with me and my style. I also use a pre-coaching questionnaire prior to our session which will help us to optimize our time together and gain an insight into your wants and needs.

When we start working together we will design our coaching alliance. We will create a focused plan of actions to encourage your accountability to improve, develop and practice your skills in a positive way. I will support and motivate you to take action.  I will ask you powerful questions, mirroring any potential self-sabotage, unwelcoming patterns of behavior and challenging you to think deeper and further.

Self awareness is the first differentiator between good and great leaders. We can use divers assessments to know your values and strengths to understand who you are and your leadership style. Being aware you can better leverage and use your strengths intentionally to optimise your effectiveness.

We will set the goals you want to achieve; where you are now, where you want to go next and what’s standing in your way.

Length and frequency of the coaching are up to you. One session lasts approximately 60 minutes – but again, this depends on you and your needs. Fees for coaching depend on your issue, duration and form of coaching.

In addition to the coaching sessions, you will receive:

  • Summary emails after each session. In order to optimize our meetings and helping you to stay motivated and focused towards your goal you will have some “learning exercises” to be completed before the next session- could be an inquiry, a request, a challenge, reflection or a mindset to adopt, all centered around goals that have already been established and agreed on at the beginning of the coaching relationship.
  • Research, books or  articles to support coaching goals.
  • A 15 minute “can’t wait” call if something comes up and needs to be discussed right away.
  • Ongoing email contact and support.
