Coaching is a dialogue between the coach and the client to understand the context, create realistic objectives and set up an action plan. Each leadership coaching engagement is customized to the needs of the client, with a focus on achieving goals and measurable results. The entire coaching process usually lasts approximately between 4 and 6 months and it may be extended as new goals emerge.
